Sonoma Ranch

Sonoma Ranch is located in Las Cruces, the second largest city in New Mexico and on the grow!  With a population of about 90,000,  Las Cruces is situated beneath the rugged countenance of the Organ Mountains.   We bask in 350 sun days annually. Average spring temperature is 85 degrees, summer is 95, autumn is 85 and winter is 65 degrees.  Does it get much better than that?

A master-planned community opening in 2000, Sonoma Ranch homes are generally priced from around $200,000 to almost $800,000 and range in size from about 1,600 square feet to over 3,000.  Almost all homes are custom-built by many of the finest contractors in Las Cruces.  What a great value compared to so many other parts of the nation!   

Notable small neighborhoods within Sonoma Ranch include the Boulders, Del Prado and the Estates.  The Boulders is designed as an adult (55 and better) community.  It is gated, has a pool, spa, clubhouse and gym.   Phase I is sold out but homes and lots at Phase II are selling at a fast pace.   Del Prado Villages offers either high-style condominiums or homes on small lots, all designed for a low maintenance lifestyle.  Sonoma Ranch Estates homes are within a gated area and most homes are on acre lots.

Walking and biking trails wind through the community and there are beautifully landscaped medians, common and open space areas and a wonderful large park for the kids to run and play.
