Bright's Creek

This is where the Story begins....A vision of the Blue Ridge Mountains surrounding the Tom Fazio, designed golf course. Ridges running to up 3,400 feet elevation where you can take in the 75 mile views. Mountain streams that cascade from the ridges on both Cliffield and McCraw mountains alongside and across many of the home sites on the 5,200 acres. Hardwoods so thick that you will be hard pressed to see the 42 homes that are already scattered among the tall stands of Ash, Maple, Sugar Maple, Oak, Chestnut Oak and Mountain Laurel.   From the ridges along Deep Gap Farm Road East and Deep Gap Farm Road West, you can see from golf course to mountain to ridge tops. On many home sites you will enjoy the sound of running streams and the rustling of the leaves as the mountain air comes up from the lower elevations. Up through the draws and streams beds bringing temperatures down. Walking on the many hiking trails, riding a bicycle along the 18 miles of roadbed, riding one of the 6 horses along the 12 miles of groomed riding trails is time well spent. Or casting a line into the Green River where the future Rod & Gun club will be located on 137 acres. Of course enjoying a morning and afternoon round of golf, you pick one or many of these activities to do what we do at Bright's Creek "Play Where Mother Nature Plays".

These are just a few of the things to do on property and off property there is more than you can possibly do for enjoyment of the out of doors activities in western North Carolina.
