Providence Downs is a custom estate home neighborhood in the Marvin/Waxhaw area, south of Charlotte. It's location in Union County, with close proximity to the Ballantyne area, make it a premier community.

It has many amenities such as a pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball court, walking trails, a playground, and soccer field.  Having lived in this neighborhood, I would say it's best feature are it's diversity, as many different people from different places live here, and yet still, it's sense of community... It is a close knit community in spite of it's size.
