 Founded in 1816 - Residential community in the rural hills above the town of Beaver in the Heart of Beaver County.

 Population Statistics: 8,024 people, 2,784 households and 2,193 families

 Beaver Area School District: Ranked as top school district in Beaver County and among the Top 10 in Southwest Pennsylvania
