Cookeville Northwest

Putnam County is located at the foolhills of the Cumberland Plateau. Putanm County has 2000 square miles. It is a beautiful affordable place to live. It is rated one of the top place in Tennessee to live.

Cookeville is a Micropolitan area. It caters to all five surrounding counites for retail and shopping. Putnam county is surrounded by Overton, White, Cumberland, Fentress, and Clay. All these counties are more rural and rely on Putnam counties for most of their shopping and items purcahsed for their homes and family.

Crime rate is at a bare minimum and I get told at least once a week how nice people are in this area compared to the places people are visting from. What a nice feeling to know you have neighbors that care. I was born and raised in the Upper Cumberland. I would be honored to have the opportunity to assist in finding your Tennessee property.
