Craig Ranch

The heart of this 2000 acre, master planned community is the TPC at Craig Ranch.  The TPC at Craig Ranch is not only a golfer’s dream, but also the potential site of a future PGA Tour event.  That’s reason enough to be a part of this fine community, but Craig Ranch offers so much more.  There are activities abound for any outdoor enthusiast.  If you love baseball, there are The Ballfields at Craig Ranch and for the soccer fan there are The Soccer Fields at Craig Ranch.  If you like to cross-train and bike, Craig Ranch offers a wide variety of trails through rolling hills and beautiful scenery.  Also opening in 2006, is the Cooper Aerobics Center at Craig Ranch, a 75,000 square foot facility featuring a full-day spa, an indoor jogging track, state-of-the-art exercise equipment, volleyball, tennis, and an indoor basketball court.

Craig Ranch is also going to feature a town center with business and residential lofts above corner stores, cafes, boutiques, and other merchant establishments.  There is also going to be a trolley that shuttles patrons in and out of the town center. Craig Ranch will also offer a four star hotel and resort to accommodate out of town guests and provide easy access to the TPC at Craig Ranch.  For the whole family, there will be Xstream Thrills, a water park featuring water slides, miniature golf, and a slick track for Go-Kart racing.
