If you are looking for total luxury, the Bonaventure is it!  It is like living in a resort.  It was the first hi-rise built in the area, 15 stories, on Keller Springs, one block east of the North Dallas Tollway.

The Bonaventure features a state of the art fitness center open 24 hours.  Also included is an indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, cold tub, locker room, and tanning bed.  Two tennis courts with windscreens and a ball machine are on the top of the parking garage.

The entire property includes lush vegetation, a large outdoor heated swimming pool, jogging path, lake, fountains, children's play area, and gas grills around the pool for homeowner's use.  The landscaping is immaculate and frequently changed.  A group of homeowners have formed a gardening club and maintain an herb garden.

The lobby is gorgeous.  The Venetian Room is available for group parties and includes a kitchen.  Coffee is available daily.  Monthly socials are held varying from pot luck dinners, barbeques, ice cream parties, etc.  There are occasional outings to the Race Track and special showings such as King Tut.  There is a card room/library located on the fifth floor.

The valet service is amazing.  Just drive up to the entrance and ask for your car to be parked.  When leaving, call downstairs and ask that your car be brought to the front door.  When you go to the grocery store, pull back to the service entrance, your car will be unloaded, your packages brought to your door, and your car parked.  No tipping.  This is part of your HOA fees.

There are six gorgeous home plans to choose from ranging from 2 bedrooms, 2 baths to 3 bedrooms, 3baths.  The square footage ranges from 1685 sq.ft. to 2272 sq.ft.  Many of the units have had extensive remodeling.  A few units have been put together, doubling the size. 

Please take a look at listing #225.  It is truly lovely and unique.  It is situated on the second floor, poolside.  It has an 800 sq ft brick terrace (one of seven) overlooking the pool, lake, and fountains.  The interior has been totally redone.  Italian marble floors in the kitchen, entryway, and hall.  Ceramic tile floors and walls in the master bath.  Unique bathroom sinks.  Crown molding throughout.  Remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and lovely airplane light fixtures.

The Bonaventure is the first high rise to initiate a recycling program.  Recycling bins and garbage bins are located on each floor. 

TimeWarner has their satelitte dish on top of the Bonaventure.  Basic cable is free to residents.
