Northeast El Paso is flanked by the beautiful Franklin Mountains where every spring we enjoy the sight of miles and miles of yellow Poppies. We also enjoy the El Paso Archaeological Society.  This area is undergoing dramatic growth due to the recent influx of military personnel.  Additionally, the El Paso infrastructure is expanding. This includes new schools, new subdivisions, and enhancement of the freeway connecting northwest to the far east side of El Paso.
