Canyon Ridge Golf Course Community

The Canyon Ridge Golf Course Subdivision is another project that D&B Real Estate is very proud to have been a part of.  It is the first and only Golf Course Community in Cedar City.  D&B Real Estate was behind the selling out of the first three phases of the Golf Course lots and is currently in the process of selling the Phase IV lots.

Commerce Park

Commerce Park is one of the larger commercial Industrial centers in Cedar City. D&B Real Estate helped to market and sell Commerce Park and continues to lease the Industrial suites in the project.

Black Rock PUD and Black Rock Village

Black Rock PUD and Black Rock Village are two more large projects in Cedar City that D&B Real Estate helped to market and sell out. Black rock PUD was one of the first larger Planned Unit Developments in Cedar City. Black Rock Village is a Business Park that contains five large office buildings that we helped lease and eventually sell.
