Royal Hunte Professional Plaza

One of our newest endeavors to be added to D&B Real Estate’s Portfolio is this 20,000 Sq/Ft condominium style office building.  All of the condominium suites were sold out before completion of the project.

Providence Center

The Providence Center was a great Commercial Project that D&B Real Estate was behind from the very beginning.  D&B Real Estate helped to bring to the Cedar City community some of the largest retail stores in the area.  They include Wal-Mart Super Center, Home Depot, Applebee’s, Gold’s Gym, Cinema 8, and Costa Vida.  Today the Providence Center continues to grow and bring with it much needed economical growth to Cedar City.

Providence Crossings

A great retail outlet located in the middle of Providence Center.  This project has brought in new establishments like Chili’s, Quiznos and Starbucks to the Cedar City area.    We look forward to bringing more retail shops and restaurants to Providence Crossings in the near future.
