Centreville, VA Information

Location

   Sully Station is in Western Fairfax County. I-66 and Route 50 are both less than two miles away, offering easy access to Tyson's Corner, the Beltway, Fair Oaks, and Washington, D.C.  The Vienna Metro is a short drive down I-66, with Rush-Hour Metro Bus service within walking distance.

Surroundings

   Just minutes away is Ellanor C. Lawrence Park, which has been dedicated as parkland in perpetuity.  In this same neighborhood is Westfields, the internation corporate center which provides a home base for some of the nation's leaders in high technology.  It offers such amenities as a four-star restaurant and first class hotel.

HomeOwner's Association

   A Homeowners Association protects residents' investments by keeping the common properties maintained, and by assuring architectural integrity throughout the years.  All residents of Sully Staion II will be members of the Homeowners Association.  The assessment fees cover the use of all recreational facilities including the pool, and tennis courts, and general maintenace and trash removal.

Local Ammenities

   The focal point for social gatherings is the community center.  There is also a community swimming pool and tennis courts available for a leisurely swim or a competitive game.  Joggers will find miles of carefully designed trails within the community.  These will connect with many more miles of trails that wind through Sully Station and the luxurious Westfields office campus.

   The area is well served by parks and rich in history.  Additionally, Bull Run Regional Park and Manassas Battlefield Park are in the neighborhoods.  There is something for everyone:  the camper, jogger, swimmer, naturalist, golfer, horseback rider, historian and even skeet shooter.  Ellanor C. Lawrence Park, which has 600 adjacent acres of recreation and undeveloped woodlands is also nearby.  Just down the road is 200-year-old Sully Plantation, the beautifully restored home of Richard Bland Lee, Northern Virginia's first Congressman.

   The golf enthusiast will find a variety of clubs, both public and private, to choose from.  Among the nearby courses are Cedar Cres Country Club, Twin Lakes Golf Course, International Town and Country Club, and the Chantilly National Golf and Country Club.

Local and Regional Shopping

   Just a few minutes away from Sully Station on Route 29 is a shopping plaza which houses a Super Giant, Shopper's Food Warehouse, Drug Emporium, and other shops and restaraunts such as Crown Books, Chesapeake Bagel Bakery, Lone Star Steak House, Carrabas, and Ruby Tuesday's and much more.

   A second shopping center off Stone Road and Braddock Road inludes Giant Food, Blockbuster Video and many other fine stores.

   Nearby is the regional shopping mall at Fair Oaks.  Major retailers there include Macy's, Hecht's, Sears, J.C. Penny's, and Victoria's Secret plus a multitude of other smaller shops and restaurants.  Tysons Corner mall and Tyson's II: The Galleria are not far from Fair Oaks, and here you can find Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom's, Neiman Marcus, L&N Seafood, Macy's and hundreds of other retailers.  Less than 9 miles away is the Manassas Regional mall and the Route 234 shopping strip.  Also available is the Chantilly Shoping Plaza, which includes a Service Merchandise, Shopper's Food Warehouse, and Carlos O'Kellery's
