The neighborhood is situated 2.5 miles west of the National Capital Beltway (I-495) and is bounded on the east by Prosperity Avenue and Pickett Road on the West. Mantua's northern boundary is Arlington Boulevard (Route 50) and on the south by Little River Turnpike (Route 236). Real Estate in Mantua comprises approximately 2.5 square miles.
