Felida is Rich in diversity.  At once a rural farming community, many locals grew up at Erickson Farms.  In the summer of 2006, Erickson Park was dedicated to the community.

The area is still dotted with pastures, barns, cows and a fruit stand, yet also has one of Vancouvers Premier Elegant Spa and Salon in Rinovo.  The Hillsides along the salmon creek trail are host to lovely homes, oriented to the view of the trail, wildlife and sometimes, our snow capped peaks.
