West Seattle

I've moved several clients to the Admiral neighborhood in West Seattle over the past year, and they LOVE the neighborhood.  As one client said, "I don't know... there's something about this neighborhood. I don't have to leave it. Everything's here."

The prices in West Seattle have climbed so rapidly in the past year, that home prices are on par with North Seattle neighborhoods, such as Green Lake and Wedgewood.

What I like about West Seattle is that it has a small town neighborhood feel when you're there, but you can get to the city --- Downtown Seattle --- when you need to have that "Big City" fix in about 15 minutes.  And when you're done with the bustle of the big city, you have your little cocoon in West Seattle to which you head home!
