Sagelands is a brand new, residential subdivision located in North Omak. These charming to-be-constructed homes, sit in a cul-de-sac adjacent to the North Omak Elementary School.  The Home Depot opened their store in Omak WA. on January 18 2007 .  What a great addition this is for our community in Omak.  This is very good timing, as we are experiencing a boom in development and building, in the Okanogan valley.
