* Create timeless, contemporary architecture and landscapes home-by-home as new owners and their design professionals interpret these Design Guidelines in their own way.
* Live in harmony with nature by incorporating human settlement into healthy, sustainable ecosystems and by blending with the natural setting and responding to the climate.
