3 Bedroom vacation rental cabin located in South Fork, CO the closest town to Wolf Creek Ski Area (18 miles) and home of the Rio Grande Golf Club. The cabin is located in Ponderosa Estates, a quiet, heavily treed and deer populated area one mile from the center of town. The street is paved and plowed in the winter. The Rio Grande River and a boat/raft access are located at the end of the street. South Fork is surrounded by over 2 million acres of National Forest and offers exceptional fishing, rafting, hiking, camping, hunting, historic towns and sites, hundreds of miles of trails and breathtaking scenery...all wihout crowds. Wolf Creek Ski area has the most snow in Colorado and is an extremely family friendly resort.
The cabin has 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed and has 2 bathrooms. There is also a queen size futon couch/fold out. The cabin is wheel-chair accessible and friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is a large wood burning stove, solar and baseboard heat. The back yard has a large deck and 8 foot privacy fence. Cable TV, a VCR, DVD player, games, and an assortment of books and movies are provided. Rates start a $130 per night for 4 people, and $10 for each additional person. Well behaved and trained pets are permitted for $10 per night. Cleaning fee is $75. Monthly rentals are also available.
