Prior to putting on market, I had contacted a local contractor about adding an additional bedroom.  On the front deck, the area is 12x 8 with a door entrance and no windows along home.  This could easily be converted to a third bedroom quickly and inexpensively.  Other end deck could easily have a bathroom installed.  The deck is reinforced underneath and will hold the weight of any additional additions.  Thanks for looking!!!
