We are conveniently located approximately five miles from the beautiful Ichetucknee Springs State Park and within just a few minutes of many other major springs in North Florida. Also within just minutes of a nice paved bike trail that runs for miles and a short distance from the Three Rivers (Suwannee, Santa Fe and Ichetucknee). 

230th Street or Appyhill Road as many of the residents have chosen to call it. is not a through street and dead ends making for more of a private neighborhood with lighter as well as slower traffic.  The residents in the neighborhood are friendly and though there are no offical crime watch neighborhood signs, the neighbors watch out for one another.
