Concrete is currently being poured for the 28th floor. The building is expected to be "topped off" by December 08. Tile and countertops are being installed on the 10th floor.
Bath tubs are being installed on the 15th floor. Lanai railings have been installed up to the 14th floor. Painting of the building will begin in March 2009. Makai (makai is ocean literally salt or brackish water this would be the south/south-east) tower crane will be dismantled in October, with the remaining Mauka
(mauka means mountain in this case mountain is north) crane scheduled to come down in March 09. Paneling to cover the parking garage on floors 2-6 will be installed shortly. Major utility work (electrical, sewer, stormwater runoff/drainage) will begin once approvals are received from the city.
