This 40 acre tract of land borders a national forest to the west, and has a gradual slope to the south and east that ensures privacy.  The sun sets over a mountain range towards the west, and you can build just about anywhere on the tract and have that beautiful view.

If you choose to do so, you could build a home that would give you an incredible view to the south, where you can see the beautiful ski slopes of  Ruidoso.
