Hello, we are the sellers of the house in Anasco, Calle Rosa, 196.  The house is old but there is a lot of property that goes along with it.  The upstiars was started but never finished because my father passed away and my mother has Alziemers.  I  think this would be a nice house for someone that is handy and it does look beautiful with the trees and plants.  I am not denying that the house needs work but od not think I am asking an unreasonable price.  I am willing to work with someone that can as close as possbile to what I am asking and am including a lot of the furnishings as well. It is an old house but is strongly built and when we had the severe storms, my house did not get damaged very much where as newer houses were damaged extensively.  Its in a good neighborhood and   good area. well, I am hoping someone will take an interest in my house.  Genaro Hernandez
