This house is in a great location that's in walking distance to the city park, schools, and some shopping.  It's a great neighborhood with lots of children of all ages.  The neighbors are all really nice and look out for each other.  The picture on the website is an early summer pic that doesn't give justice to the beauty of the landscaping in the Spring when the tulips are out.  The back yard was big enough that we split it in two so the dogs would have their own place to run and the kids had their own area, AND there was still room for a garden!!  All rooms in the house are spacious and there were new sinks and faucets installed in each bathroom and the kitchen in 2005/2006.  The countertops, flooring, and windows in the kitchen were also installed around the same time.  There are 2 porches (1 front, 1 back), the one in the back was completely rebuilt in 2006, but my favorite is still the front porch with the swing!
