The attached garage is heated by a modern Modine gas-fired "Hot Dawg" so you'll never have to get into a cold car again.  You can finish those projects in the workshop area of the garage, with comfort, in January!

The entire house has had a "face-lift" within the last four years.  All of the stainless-steel appliances are new, are included with the home, and  coordinate nicely with the stainless steel backsplash in the kitchen.

The master bathroom is finished in Travertine stone & granite.  The two other bathrooms also feature granite countertops as well as Kohler fixtures.

The neighborhood is one that is certainly family and children friendly!  Being on a corner-lot, the yard is large enough for everything from batting & chipping practice to a Moonwalk fora birthday party.  The road, with the cul-de-sac situated at the end, is quiet enough for games of tennis on the pavement. 

The quiet backyard is ensured of privacy with the vinyl, maintenance-free fence that features two locking gates.  Perfect for pets! Even though the backyard has a swing set, oversized sand box and a jungle gym with a slide, there is a park about a block and a half away that is attached to a bike trail.  Both are great features for kids, bikers and runners!
